1. General Provisions & Eligibility

• Agreement: These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between the customer ("you") and PHYXIUS, JSC.

• Eligibility: By placing an order, you warrant that you are at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent to buy from this store, and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.

• Modifications: We reserve the right to update or change these Terms at any time without prior notice. The version of the Terms active at the moment of your order will apply to that specific transaction.

2. Products, Pricing & Custom Orders

• Product Descriptions: We make every effort to display product colors, weights, and specifications as accurately as possible. However, because table tennis blades are made of natural wood, slight variations in weight and grain pattern may occur.

• Custom-Assembled Equipment: We offer professional blade and rubber assembly services ("Custom-Made Bats"). Please note that once a blade has been cut, glued, and assembled according to your custom specifications, the order cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded unless there is a manufacturing defect.

• Pricing: All prices on TTMode.com are listed in Euros (€). Prices are subject to change without notice. The price charged will be the price displayed at the moment checkout is completed.

• Stock Availability: In the rare event that a product becomes unavailable after an order is placed, we will notify you immediately to offer a replacement, an estimated restock date, or a full refund.

3. Orders & Payment

• Order Acceptance: Receiving an order confirmation email does not signify our final acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order for any legitimate reason (e.g., suspected fraud, incorrect pricing display, or shipping restrictions).

• Payment Processing: Payment must be made in full before an order is processed and dispatched. We securely accept payments through Montonio, Paysera, PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, and other payment gateways specified at checkout.

• Security: We do not store or have access to your credit card data. All payment transactions are handled through secure, encrypted third-party portals.

4. Shipping & Delivery

• Dispatch: We aim to ship all orders from our warehouse in Vilnius within 24 business hours after payment clearance.

• Delivery Times: Estimated delivery times (1–3 days for Baltics, 5–8 days for Europe, 7–12 days Worldwide) are guidelines provided by postal services and couriers. We are not liable for unexpected shipping delays caused by customs clearance procedures, severe weather, or postal carrier strikes.

• Customs & Duties: For deliveries outside the European Union, the buyer is solely responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs clearance fees levied by the destination country.

5. Right of Withdrawal, Returns & Exchanges

Our Return Policy is fully compliant with EU consumer protection laws:

• 15-Day Return Window: You have the right to return standard items within 15 days of receiving your order for a refund, exchange, or store credit.

• Condition of Items: To be eligible for a return, table tennis equipment must be in pristine, unsalable condition:

  • Rubbers must remain unopened in their original factory-sealed plastic packaging.

  • Blades must be completely unused, free of glue, sweat marks, or edge scrapes, and in an undamaged original box.

  • Clothing & Shoes must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags.

• Exclusions: Special clearance offers and custom-made bats are strictly non-refundable and exempt from the right of withdrawal.

• Shipping Fees: Original shipping costs are non-refundable. The customer covers return shipping fees. If you request a product exchange, we will cover the shipping cost of sending the new item back to you.

6. Intellectual Property

All content available on TTMode.com—including text, graphics, logos, product descriptions, images, and software—is the property of PHYXIUS, JSC or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without our express written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

• Website Use: TTMode.com is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that the website will be completely error-free or uninterrupted.

• Equipment Use: Table tennis equipment must be used solely for its intended sports purpose. PHYXIUS, JSC shall not be held liable for any personal injury, property damage, or financial loss resulting from the misuse of products purchased from our store.

• Maximum Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising out of a purchase shall not exceed the actual purchase price paid for the specific item in question.

• Governing Law: These Terms and all transactions conducted through TTMode.com are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania and the European Union.

• Dispute Resolution: Any disagreements or disputes should first be brought to our attention via email at info@ttmode.com to find an amicable solution.

• Online Dispute Resolution (ODR): If a dispute cannot be resolved directly, EU consumers may submit a complaint via the European Commission’s Online Dispute Resolution platform.
