• Live Shipping Rate Calculation: Final shipping charges are automatically calculated in your shopping cart during checkout based on your destination country.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a unique tracking number via email. You can monitor your shipment's journey directly through the International Tracking System.

Customs & Duties

For international shipments outside the European Union, customs and import charges depend on the destination country and the selected shipping service. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

3. Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If a product does not meet your expectations, you are entitled to a refund (excluding original shipping costs), exchange, or store credit within 15 days of receiving your order.

⚠️ Important Return Requirements:

To be eligible for a return, all items must be unworn, unused, and in their original, unaltered packaging with all factory labels and tags attached.

Category-Specific Requirements:

• Blades: Must be returned in their original box, completely unused, with no traces of glue, lacquering, or scrapes on the surface. Do not place tape, shipping labels, or writing directly on the manufacturer’s box.

• Rubbers: Must be completely sealed in their original, unopened factory protective packaging.

• Shoes: Must be in pristine, unworn condition and in the original, undamaged shoe box. Please use an outer shipping box or wrapping to protect the shoe box—do not attach shipping labels or tape directly to the manufacturer's packaging.

• Clothing: Must be clean, unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags still attached.

• Bags & Accessories: Must be unused and returned with all original packaging and labels intact.

• Custom Orders & Clearance: Custom-assembled bats (made by special request) and items purchased from special clearance offers cannot be returned or exchanged.

How to Initiate a Return:

1. Notify Us: Before shipping any items back, you must inform our support team in advance by emailing info@ttmode.com.

2. Review: TTMode.com reserves the right to refuse returns on items that arrive in an unsalable condition or do not meet the criteria above.

3. Return Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. However, in the case of a product exchange, TTMode.com will cover the delivery cost of sending the new item back to you.
