We strive to process and dispatch all orders swiftly to ensure your table tennis gear reaches you as soon as possible.

Order Processing: All orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse in Vilnius, Lithuania, within 24 business hours after receiving your payment.
Flat Shipping Rate: Only €8.99 per order.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, we will provide you with a unique tracking number via email. You can monitor your shipment directly through the International Post Tracking System.

3. Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If a product does not meet your expectations, you are entitled to a refund (excluding shipping costs), exchange, or store credit within 15 days of receiving your order.

⚠️ Important: To eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unused, and in their original, unaltered packaging with all original labels and tags attached.

Category-Specific Return Requirements:

Blades: Must be returned in their original box, completely unused, with no traces of glue or scrapes on the surface. Do not place tape, shipping labels, or writing directly on the manufacturer’s box.
Rubbers: Must be completely sealed in their original, unopened factory packaging.
Shoes: Must be in pristine, unworn condition and in the original, undamaged shoe box. Please use an outer shipping box or wrapping to protect the shoe box—do not attach shipping labels or tape directly to the manufacturer's packaging.
Clothing: Must be clean, unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags still attached.
Bags & Accessories: Must be unused and returned with all original packaging and labels.
Custom Orders & Special Offers: Custom-made bats (assembled by request) and items from special clearance offers cannot be returned or exchanged.

How to Initiate a Return:

Notify Us: Before shipping any items back, you must inform us in advance by emailing info@ttmode.com.
Unsalable Condition: TTMode.com reserves the right to refuse returns on items that arrive in unsalable condition.
Return Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. However, in the case of a product exchange, TTMode.com will cover the delivery cost of sending the new item back to you.

Please note that you remain responsible for the items until they safely reach our warehouse. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service.
